“Is it a plane? is it a bird? No it’s The Complaining Cow to the rescue! My hair was turning grey and my blood was boiling when Sharps did not deliver the high standards we were lead to believe we would. They left us without a bedroom for weeks, we were living in total chaos and our house was beginning to look like it was going to appear on TV show “Hoarders Buried Alive”!!!! I had an issue where I was being charged £2k for an error my vets made whilst my cat was staying in their care. I tried to get help from various solicitors and was told that it would cost me more in fees than the value of the £2k. I was already aware of Helen and her experience and expertise, I didn’t know she did clinics till I looked on her website. I asked for a Zoom meeting explaining the situation and Helen replied she did not want to take my money for a zoom meeting and instead said she would check my email prior to sending in to the vets. She recommended I used her top tips and her section on Vets, which I did and created an email, sent it to Helen who amended it to be more suitable for the situation and I have to say, it was excellent! With the help from Helen the vets did drop the £2k charge and gave me a new bill.

Initially they wanted me to sign a gagging order to not repeat what happened and this was dropped from their final reply.

Without Helen’s help I would have approached this situation in the wrong way, probably by throwing threats and going to town on social media, Helen’s approach was professional and to the point. The vet’s attitude was upsetting as they knew about my current situation where my wife has terminal Cancer and they still tried to charge the amount.

Helen did not only help me get this dropped but also proved there are people out there who has a strong sense of right and wrong and do something about it, even more so are willing to help others who do not have the knowledge.
