A focused 1-hour Zoom session (recorded for you to keep), where Helen reviews your situation and tells you exactly what to do next.
All correspondence is reviewed as part of the session.

How to get in touch for paid consumer support

Send a short one-paragraph summary (facts only, no long explanations), and indicate roughly how much correspondence there is (e.g. a couple of short emails, a long detailed email, a lengthy email chain, or multiple documents).

Helen will review your enquiry and confirm whether she can help, along with the most appropriate service and cost.
