
What does the Motor Ombudsman do?
The Motor Ombudsman managing director discusses dispute resolution, complaint handling and consumer issues affecting motorists and garages. The interview also explores the role of ombudsman schemes within the wider ADR landscape and how consumers can seek help when disputes cannot be resolved directly with a business.
Bill Fennell The Motor Ombudsman
Bill was appointed as the Managing Director of the Motor Ombudsman (TMO) in 2015. He brings a wealth of automotive knowledge as well as a passion for driving improvements in customer service to the role.
TMO helps to resolve disputes or complaints between consumers and businesses. It has seen the service grow year on year to a position where it now handles more than 100,000 consumer contacts and 16,000 consumer cases per year.
