Bex Spiller is a formerly burnt out entrepreneur who shut down her marketing agency in 2020 to launch the social enterprise, The Anti-Burnout Club. Since its launch in January 2021, The ABC has helped 1000s of people from all walks of life to reduce stress and improve their wellbeing. Bex is a TEDx speaker and was also recently voted Favourite Wellness Champion at the Health & Wellbeing Awards 2022.

We all know that our well-being and mental health is more important than ever before. But at the same time it is widely accepted that we certainly have a mental health crisis in the UK and getting access to services can be a struggle.
What can we do to help ourselves when we are also living through a cost of living crisis? Bex talks to me about her journey to starting the Club and about cheap and free ways we can improve and maintain good mental health. (Spoiler alert it’s not all exercise and meditation! Which really isn’t for me but of course is for some and we talk about different things too.) We also discuss ways of working healthily and productively for those of us who have ADHD/are neuro diverse.
